Patrick has been a leader in Real Estate since 2003 and President of Growth Ventures, Inc. Nancy, is the Vice President of Growth Ventures, Inc and has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2003. Nancy, keeps up to date with the overall economic landscape, while looking for expansion opportunities, like new customers, markets and industry developments.
Courtney started her Real Estate career in 2017. Courtney is Patrick and Nancy's daughter and not only does she represent her own clients she is also our Office Manager. Courtney, oversees the operational aspects of all properties in contract, prepares financial statements, supervises maintenance workers, and oversees contractor, supplier and vendor contracts for our clients and their needs.
