As a first time home buyer, it could be nerve racking but he lifted the weight off my shoulders by guiding me through the buying process step by step. As soon as the offer was agreed upon between the seller and I, Patrick then introduced me to his team, in other words he took care of everything, from the loan officer to the escrow officer. He even referred a home inspector. Receiving docs and signing most of it electronically even makes the process very easy. We closed the loan in three weeks. I made the offer May 31 and got the keys on June 25. I will definitely work with Patrick again, now that I already experienced buying a home, I’m seeing myself buying another property for investment purposes in the foreseeable future.
